    Well I decided this morning that it really was time for puddle and mum(muscovies) to go into the main duck run, where there is a nice large shed with only two Muscovies in at the moment so perfect! :D In I pop Puddle and her mum....watch them contentedly foraging, happy as larry , so I wander...

    Squaring off! Chook v Duck....

    This made me smile, this is Puddle a muscovy, rather an usual colour white with a funny back cap! In the second photo she is squaring off with a young faverolles boy..both just over 3 months old. Usually Puddle won't say boo to a goose and this young lad tries it on with anything! :D :D

    Goodmorning newbie here.

    As they are new and in a very different enviroment, the pecking will be natural, they just need a little time to get used to their new surroundings. Feeding I give mine ad lib 24/7, chooks don't usually over eat as chooks are grazers and do like to scratch around for food throughout the day :)
