Dimensions are The base dimensions are 11ft 6" x 8ft 6 " House dimensions 4ft x 8ft 6" House is a peaked roof Height = 4ft 9" at the lowest point and 7ft 4" at the highest point Yard dimension 7ft 4" x 8ft 6" with a 4ft wall round it. Hard to picture it I guess will sort the pics out...
