I can't move my girls in winter but am worried about the best thing to use in the run. I let them free range when I am around but always put them into the run when I am out. Any suggestions from all you long time keepers out there would be appreciated. thanks

One of my girls lays a good egg early morning and sometimes drops another one with soft shell in the afternoon. Today she not only laid a good egg this morning but then she dropped a soft shelled one in the afternoon followed by another one with no shell at all. Is this something to worry about
