Hi I am rearing 3 Indian runner ducklings seperate to the mum as a predator got one of the ducklings. I have had them under a heat lamp indoors for 3 weeks. Yesterday they spent the day outdoors in their own enclosure. Do they still need the heat lamp indoors in the evening? Blondie

My welsh harlequin duck is sitting on 10 eggs in the general duck house. Is she able to hatch them on her own and rear them or should I take the ducklings when they hatch and hand rear them under heat lamp? I am worried about when the ducklings hatch that rats, squirrels or magpies could get...
