Weather this week!

Hope everyone is managing with this wind and rain...especially if you are based in the SouthWest. We were flooded yesterday and the worst is to come today, very heavy rain and hight winds forecasted around 3pm.

Off tomorrow down to daughter's new house in darkest Dorset, to view problems with horses in flooded field. Sorry to hear about your problems, Foxy - when you say 'flooded,' do you mean your house or the runs?
Men working to cover the exposed roof timbers on my neighbour's new house extension are having a dangerous time up there today - the tarpaulin nailed down over the hole came unstuck overnight and was flapping like a huge sail this morning.
