A few days ago I left a message about a turkey problem and have not received any answer.
Has this query been lost or have I not sent it to the correct person or department?

Usually someone does reply but it might take a few weeks before someone who has some suggestions is browsing the forum and reads your post. The Turkey Forum isn't the busiest area either I'm afraid as there are fewer people keeping Turkeys.
