From top they are Black Araucana, who is now crowing and is a bit of a nutter, White Orloff, who is a big lad but can't stand up for himself, White Araucana, I have two of these but one was being uncooperative.

Isn't the white Araucana lovely. With the black one, are the slightly white marks on its face young feathers? I have one or two birds that look like this.

Yes they are new feathers coming through. I like the green sheen the Black Araucanas have to their feathers.

Never seen a White Orloff before so thanks for that. His beard and neck feathers are already showing.

I'm wondering what happened to the uncooperative white Araucana? Tikka masala? Coq au vin? Sunday roast?

Hmm, seem to remember slow cooking a lot of curries at the time, I'm sure that whatever he became he was delicious bless him.
