Wow, that's a very imposing looking ship!
She certainly is, at 162ft long, really looking forward to seeing inside her.

Moored in the river was a super yacht owned by a Nigerian politician which boasts walls lined with genuine shark skin, not something to boast about really, we would rather be on the galleon than a floating gin palace, probably bought with dubious funds

Wow that's fantastic! Well done Ruth for getting the photo before she berthed. Love the PO box topper. Have a wonderful day tomorrow.

OH was waiting at a level crossing that she uses to cut across a couple of fields out the front of us. A train went down and she looked to make sure nothing was coming up the line and saw a plume of smoke from under the bridge, and the B1 loco Marigold came puffing down the line.
One of only two B1 classed the "go anywhere" 1948 locomotives remaining. She has had an extensive overhaul and been repainted in her original Apple Green BR livery

We went to a couple of airfield museums yesterday, and stopped at Wickham Market, Suffolk, lovely little town. Thought i would share a couple of pics with you all. it was lovely to hear the church bells pealing here and at Parham, plus swifts screaming in and out of the houses

We were lucky enough last week to have the C-130J Hercules go over us on their final flight. OH was staking out the garden and flight tracker. We thought they would be north of us, but we got them straight across
