Nope. Don’t know Shrewsbury biscuits either. I fact my knowledge of regional biscuitry is sadly lacking. But I do know that plain, unchocolated Hob-Nobs are the best dunkers in the world.

I was in Shrewsbury on holiday on Monday. Didn't see any Shrewsbury biscuits but I did come across a lovely independent whisky shop. Am now the happy owner of a bottle of 12 year old Benriach...

I found something equally unhelpful on a tube of toothpaste the other day. "Do not use if the seal has been opened." So how am I supposed to get the toothpaste out?

The other thing that's cheering me up is the "Merlin" app. It's wonderful to discover the birds in my garden that I hear but seldom see- bullfinch, nuthatch and a nightingale this afternoon as well as green woodpecker & greenfinch. It wasn't at all sure what to make of the chickens though

It is handy, but it can confuse American birds with English ones, I yelled out a bird was in the garden and OH replied no it's the Nuthatch
