Blood on egg

hiya again another noobie question!
i collected one of my eggs this morning and there was a bloody smear on it, could this be normal for my hens, as they are only 4 months old also i have noticed a orange goo present in the droppings occasionally
could it have something to do with the fact they are only just coming into lay ??

When I see that, I say a very loud

"Ouch!"

Sometimes good egg layers have a little difficulty at first passing big eggs, usually it's the odd one that has this blood stain. If there is continuous blood there is a problem but I doubt that will happen.
