So, I have the set up, I have the money, I have all the bits and bobs required, but I still have no chickens...
I was meant to be picking up some Pekins earlier this month, but then thought that maybe some hybrids would be better...
And now, without sounding dramatic, nearly every waking hour...
Can anyone please tell me which, generally, are the smallest hybrid hens and which are the largest?
And, if possible, which are the most docile?
And...is it always best to start with three hens/pullets or would two be quite happy?

However, I can't decide between Pekins, Sussex or Orpington bantams...
I'm going with Bantams because they are going to be garden pets and eggs will be a happy extra...
