Since i reared 9 wriall black turkeys this year for the table. I have realy enjoyed there charatcures an now im looking at getting a stag and 3 or 4 hens as pets. Im looking at hatching there eggs and rearing the chicks for the christmas table.
I like the look of the borbon reds and the slate greys but how do they fair for there meat?
Would i be better to stick to bronze or norfolk blacks as people know the name for good meat?
