Just an update...
today 8 of 9 ducks hatched successfully. Number 9 died in the shell :(
One of the ducklings has curled feet. I've read about making 'shoes' to flatten them out with cardboard and sticky tape. Does anyone have experience of this?

I'm glad the hatch went well. Have a look at this, it may help.

Thank you marigold. We have successfully made shoes and the feet are sitting flat on them. However it also has splayed legs, but not like any example I have seen online that can be pulled together with hobbles. It keeps going into a splits position and I tried a hobble but it's legs just keep crossing over and it lies with its feet out behind it. I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to correct this if the hobbles don't hold the legs in the right place.
