All shades of opinion and all are correct. Whether to hatch, whether to use a broody or an incubator, whether to buy autosexing or sex linked eggs, whether you are mentally up to destroying the cockerels.
Personally hatching is one of the highlights of the year, livestock wise. Also I have sold some eggs this year from a sex linked mating (Lavender Araucana Cock x Dominique Hen) so have had the pleasure of hearing of other folks success. But it does require space to give the youngsters their own area and, if you use an incubator, time.
Whatever you decide I wish you good luck. It’s a rewarding and fulfilling hobby.
