Thanks :). A bit of a fluke that one, just caught him/her as they flapped to try and rebalance, normally they freak out as soon as I point the camera at them.

I have two white stars both with clipped wings and neither has ever flown over five foot and I have also never had any problems in the moult with other birds I have clipped the wings of.

If you are keeping chickens mainly as pets then you would probably be better steering clear of White Stars, they are fantastic layers as Chuck says and mine are great characters but they really aren't the friendliest of birds, very flighty.
