You'll be knitting dish clothes next. I'm all for make do and mend, we're such a throw away society now. Especially when it comes to electronics, no one repairs just replaces.

There are certainly some sick individuals about. I remember seeing a police program in London, saying some cats had been killed. The policeman looking into it said then they like to find these culprits sooner rather than later, as they tend to move on from animals and start targeting humans.

I won a limited edition print in a fancy fowl competition once.
It hangs in my living room. Iirc it cost me fifty quid to frame it.
