Re: Wet droppings (grey green)

I thought that a runny bottom when on Flubenvet was part of the treatment's way of evicting dead worms. I wouldn't worry unless it continues after the course of Flubenvet finishes.

Re: Alpecin layers' pellets?

Hi Cindy.
Thanks for borrowing your mum's computer to drop me a line. One of my sisters is now losing her feathers too, so that's cheering me up a bit, as she's head hen & has laid over 900 eggs in her lifetime, as she likes to keep reminding me.

Corn sounds nice. What is it?

Lots of love,
Tufty.

Re: Alpecin layers' pellets?

Dear Auntie Marigold, Thank you for your reply. Mum's still treating us to mealworms as well as our Smallholder layers' pellets, but the supply of cherry tomatoes seems to be tailing off. The lawn's covered in apples though; Mum tells me off when I try to eat a whole one on my own. A new wardrobe wo...

Alpecin layers' pellets?

Hello everyone. It's Tufty here. I need your help. Mum's had us for almost a year, & I might not be very cuddly, being a cream legbar, but Dad says I'm the cutest. Well he did...I'm in a right state. My feathers are falling out everywhere and I look a right mess. At this rate I'll be bald in a few w...

Re: "Google ad. experiment."

I had to laugh this morning- when I logged in, there was a banner ad at the top of the page for Turkey visas. Presumably you have to get them a pet passport first? I can see that they might want to go on holiday to Germany for Christmas, where they have fish for Christmas lunch ;-) Yes, I clicked on...

Re: One small step..........

Hen-Gen's recipe reminds me of the first recipe in Paul Harris' book "Cooking with beer". It says
"Take one can of lager. Open lager and pour down sink" :-)
Mind you, the book was published by CAMRA... ;-)

I quite like the ranks too. When I first joined, it gave me an idea as to how experienced the people were who answered my questions.
It might also encourage new members to post more often...
