Hi, I agree with you on feed costs I can buy grain for £180 a tonne,but I am paying £277 for layers and £296 for grower pellets pet tonne.As I said I was very keen to feed a mixed grain diet I liked knowing what I was feeding and I particularly like it for financial reasons. Off heat.

Hi,I hatched some turkey eggs for the first time a couple of week ago.They are bronze turkeys.At what sort of age can they come off heat.I am using an electric hen.

Hi,the hens are just coming into lay.All the cock birds looked the same as the one in the picture,some of the hens look similar,but with blue flashes and the other hens look like the commercial hybrid the bluebell almost identical well to my layman's eye anyway.They are mainly laying pullet type egg...
