Just so you have some comparison, my RIR bantam hatched 24 Jan and I have had 3 eggs from her this week. I am sure your hen will be laying very soon, especially if they have a cosy nest box.

So far have 6 hatched, two pipping - getting anxious wondering if I should intervene - what would you do?

I have used the Brinsea Mini echo with excellent results for many hatches - my only recommendation would be to remove the thermometer at the point where you stop turning the eggs as the chicks tend to get tangled up with it.
